Providers pay us a small commission after you book for bringing them verified jobs with clear scopes. That allows us to offer our services, support you and negotiate better rates – without ever charging you.
What does my Home Service Advocate do?
Your home service advocate is your personal contact throughout the process. They help you choose the right provider, monitor your service, handle any issues, and make sure you're satisfied before anyone gets paid. We don’t charge you for this – we’re paid directly by providers after the job is complete.
How does HouseAccount choose its providers?
We background-check every pro, verify full insurance, and monitor public reviews constantly. If quality ever slips, they’re removed – no exceptions.
What if something goes wrong? You're covered.
Every job comes with our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If it’s not right, we’ll make it right – or refund you in full. In addition, we cover up to $2,000 in property damage caused by any job.
Will I actually save money booking through HouseAccount?
Yes. To earn your long-term trust, we cover part of your first booking, so you’ll pay less than if you went direct. And if you find a lower price, we’ll match it.
How do I know what I'll pay?
We show you clear, local pricing before you book. No hidden fees. No surprises. You’re only charged when you’re happy with the work.
Can I talk to someone if I have questions?

Can I choose my appointment time?
Yes. Choose your top 3 time slots – we guarantee one of them will be honored, or you will receive 20% off your service.
